How long is the ordering / shipping process?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a notification email when your order is placed.

You will receive an email once your item(s) has shipped. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number and a link to track your package (please allow between 24 and 48 hours to track your package). 

 

I received some of my items?

We ship items from separate warehouse locations to fulfill orders.

We will always email you tracking numbers and you will receive your items in another separate shipment.

 

What if I have questions about my order?

What is our Refund Policy?

All sales are final, so please make sure before purchasing.

Items that were purchased on sale cannot be refunded or returned.

 

What if I cancelled by order?

If any order cancellation occurs, you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and the order will not be shipped.

 

What about order delays?

We do our very best to get your shipment received in a timely manner but at times there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal services delays which are outside of our control.

 

What if my package is lost, unclaimed or stolen?

Shipped items that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You are liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address from you (if and as applicable).

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors, lost packages by mail carriers. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to mail carriers no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

We are not responsible if your package is stolen from your property.

 

What if I received the wrong order or a damaged item?

If you notice an issue on the product or anything else on the order, please submit an email to info@shopimmis.com including the following:

 

- Your Order Number

- Photos of the item and packaging

- Reasons of order issues

 

Additional information: 

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order(s) due to suspected fraud, unauthorized payments or illegal activities. 

We also reserve the right to cancel any order(s) or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud, unauthorized payments or illegal activities.
