Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.

The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number and a link to track your package (please allow between 24 and 48 hours to track your package). 

We do our very best to get your shipment received in a timely manner but at times there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal services delays which are outside of our control.

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You are liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address from you (if and as applicable).

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors, lost packages by mail carriers. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to mail carriers no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

We are not responsible if your package is stolen from your property. If you notice an issue on the product or anything else on the order, please submit an email to info@shopimmis.com including the following:

 

- Your Order Number

- Photos of the item and packaging

- Reasons of order issues

 

Shipped items that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
